What should I take a picture of?
It could be anything…conventional, strange, pastoral or portrait. I want suggestions in the comments, and they can be as simple as “dogs” or something complex with specific direction (like angles, time of day, et cetera). I’ll pick something by Friday afternoon. I’ll shoot the crap out of that subject/theme (hopefully this weekend) and post the results as soon as the film can be developed/scanned.

You did a video on Vimeo called “Five Primal Emotions;” shoot those. There’s a lot of room for interpretation there, and the challenge would be representing them in ways that aren’t obvious. Don’t be afraid to get playful with it (a McCain ad for fear, for example), though there’s no shame in keeping it serious.
Take a roll of items taken close-up, it doesn’t matter what the subject is. It’s all about the details with this one.
