Well well well, it seems creepy ol’ Karl Rove has decided to vacate his position at the White House.
I’m curious to see, over the coming months (particularly after the official resignation at the end of August), whether the Democratic half of America’s political duopoly will go after him more severely. Once he’s a private citizen, will executive privilege still stand? I’m not an expert in such things, but I have a strong feeling there will be renewed vigor by certain senate panels to figure things out, or at least make a bigger show of it.
